Fees & Enrollment Forms
The application consists of three parts. The first part asks for information about your education, employment, and civic engagement. The second part asks for two letters of reference, and the third is an attendance policy to be signed by your employer. Filling out the application is the first step in the exciting journey of Leadership Southeast Vermont.

Applications can be submitted through mail, email, or in person. Once the application is received and reviewed you will be notified of acceptance. Applications are accepted once payment is received.
